Colleen excels in solving complex problems by building new and creative partnerships that are locally driven and founded on trust.

She has done this for over 20 years in one of the most challenging areas of policy-making, migration and refugee policy, both in the United States and globally. By strengthening these policies, advocating for greater community and local empowerment, and negotiating strategic partnerships, Colleen aims to continue to expand the impact of her problem-solving skills, build bridges, and directly serve the people of New York State.
